Is this serious enough for a corporate setting?
Absolutely. Our workshops are grounded in Applied Improvisation: hands-on exercises with a direct connection to teamwork, communication and leadership.
The method is also used in higher education, including SAS/CAS programmes at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences, where improvisation serves as an approach to creative leadership and transformation.
A recent mini-review published in Frontiers in Psychology confirms that Applied Improvisation is gaining academic attention, particularly for its relevance to communication, collaboration and navigating uncertainty.
How much preparation do participants need?
Practically none. Participants need no prior knowledge or preparation. We'll have a brief conversation with you in advance about team dynamics and current challenges, so we can shape the workshop around your specific situation.
How many participants work best?
For maximum interaction, 8 to 12 participants works best. Smaller groups from 4 people are perfectly fine, and larger groups are welcome too: we simply adjust the exercises and number of coaches to suit.
Where do the workshops take place?
At your premises or at an external venue, whichever suits you best: familiar surroundings or a fresh change of scenery.
Is this suitable for introverts too?
Yes. The format is inclusive by design: no one is put on the spot, and quieter participants often find it surprisingly freeing. It's about listening, responding and co-creating, not performance.
